Job summary
Insight Global seeks a Senior Power Platform Developer to design and deliver innovative applications for a critical DoD program. The role involves hands-on development with Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Pages in an Azure environment, guiding a cross-functional Agile team across 54 states and territories.
The candidate will mentor junior to senior developers, drive ALM best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to rapidly prototype solutions while managing backlogs in ADO
Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance.
- 7+ years related IT experience.
- Expertise developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Platform suite in an Azure environment.
- Development with C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Liquid, FetchXML.
- Experience with Power BI reports/dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of Power Platform developers.
- Design scalable Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Pages.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
- Develop Power Automate workflows and data integrations.
- Collaborate with business owners and mission partners to refine requirements and prototype solutions.
- Maintain team backlogs using ADO or Jira.
- Enforce ALM practices across government environments.
- Assist Analysts in requirements evaluation.
- Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPT).
