Job summary

TrueTandem in the United States is seeking a Power Platform Developer to build robust canvas apps, automate processes, and deliver PoCs/MVPs in a Federal environment. You will design interfaces, integrate with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and multiple data sources, and participate in Scrum ceremonies.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a similar Federal setting, strong .NET/C#, and hands-on experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, and custom connectors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in the Federal environment developing Power Platform apps (canvas/model-driven) with multiple data sources.
• 2+ years hands-on .NET/C# experience and ability to integrate with data sources.
• Experience automating business processes using Agile requirements and wireframes.
• Experience building Power Automate processes and custom connectors.
• Ability to develop PoCs/MVPs to demonstrate business value to end-users.
• Familiar with Data Gateways, connectors, and Dataverse integration.
• Experience with SharePoint Online document libraries linked to apps/Dataverse.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and communicate requirements clearly to stakeholders.
• Work with customers to ensure solutions meet requirements and function as intended.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently within a team.
