Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5–8 years of related professional experience.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience with data modeling, relational schemas, and enterprise dashboard best practices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse architecture, relationships, security roles, and business rules.
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources and translating requirements into analytics, automation, and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify process improvements.
• Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports.
• Build data models and visualizations from multiple sources for decision making.
• Lead end-to-end solution development including deployment and sustainment.
• Create technical documentation and user guides.
