Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks a senior Power Platform engineer to own and evolve our compliance solutions platform. You will architect, build, and optimize Power Pages with JavaScript, Dataverse data models, and Power Automate workflows for case processing, AI-driven classification, and integrations.

The role requires hands-on experience with Dataverse, Power Platform, and C#, with Git-based workflows and strong testing practices. This is a remote role across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in information systems or software engineering.
• 7–10 years in application development/enterprise systems or similar roles.
• 3+ years on the Microsoft Power Platform incl. Dataverse and Power Automate; Power Pages preferred.
• Strong JavaScript and modern browser app development skills.
• Experience taking ambiguous requirements into architecture, development, testing, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Own the compliance solutions platform, translating requirements into architecture and plans.
• Design and maintain Power Pages with substantial JavaScript and API calls.
• Develop Dataverse tables, forms, views, and data governance controls.
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for case processing and monitoring.
• Create server-side extensions with C# and related integration patterns.
• Use AI-assisted tools for development, review AI-generated code for production readiness.
