Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Senior Compliance Solutions Engineer to own an enterprise platform built on the Microsoft Power Platform. You will extend JavaScript, Dataverse, and APIs, while integrating AI‑assisted development tools for architecture, debugging, and delivery.

You will partner across Compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to automate investigations and improve data quality, with a strong emphasis on security, maintainability, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS, software engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years in application development or related technical roles.
• 3+ years Power Platform experience with Dataverse and Power Automate; Power Pages preferred.
• Strong JavaScript knowledge and modern browser development experience.
• Experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring others.
• Experience with Git and disciplined software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical owner for the compliance solutions platform and translate requirements into architecture and plan.
• Design and maintain Power Pages experiences with substantial JavaScript and Dataverse calls.
• Develop and maintain Dataverse tables, forms, security, and governance features.
• Create and manage Power Automate workflows for case processing, approvals, and monitoring.
• Develop server-side extensions using C# and related integration patterns.
• Use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate development while ensuring security and quality.
