Job summary

Moderna is seeking a Power Platform leadership role to govern and advance enterprise AI‑driven automation across development, validation, and production environments. You will own CoE governance, ALM, security, and documentation, partnering with Security, Compliance, and EA to ensure GMP‑like standards are met.

The role focuses on delivering scalable Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio solutions, integrating with enterprise systems, and driving platform adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of demonstrated experience as Microsoft Power Platform administrator and hands-on developer in an enterprise environment.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience designing and developing enterprise-grade Power Apps (Canvas Apps and/or Model-Driven Apps).
• Experience designing end-to-end Power Platform solutions that combine Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Experience designing and delivering AI-driven automation solutions.
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems via APIs or MCP servers.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to support production‑grade AI and automations.

Responsibilities

• Own administration of Power Platform across development, validation, and production environments.
• Define and implement the Power Platform CoE governance framework, including environment strategy and lifecycle management.
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and connector governance.
• Security roles, licensing, and access controls.
• Enforce platform guardrails to ensure solutions are secure, compliant, scalable, and supportable.
• Manage solution lifecycle (ALM), including promotion, versioning, and change management.
• Partner with Security, Compliance, and Enterprise Architecture to ensure adherence to enterprise standards.
• Maintain the platform in a GxP-qualified state, ensuring compliance with validation requirements in regulated environments.
• Own and maintain system documentation, including SOPs and CDS.
• Ensure all changes follow validation, documentation, and audit readiness processes.
• Design and deliver AI-first automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
• Establish reusable patterns, templates, and components to scale development.
• Monitor and improve governance, tooling, and development standards.
