Job summary

Ideal candidates bring an Associate's Degree or 8+ years of maintenance/operations experience, plus a valid driver's license and safety

Qualifications

• Associate degree required or 8+ years of power plant maintenance/operations experience.
• Valid in-state Driver License required.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and power plant equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and prioritizes incoming work orders.
• Develops corrective and preventive maintenance work plans ensuring availability of time, labor, materials, tools and support craft.
• Schedules, communicates, and coordinates work assignments with applicable maintenance and/or operations departments.
• Reviews completed work orders and ensures accuracy of reporting in the maintenance management system.
• Plans and prioritizes maintenance activities to maximize personnel utilization and minimize downtime.
• Tracks equipment performance, availability, maintenance histories, and work plans to identify improvements.
• Work with contractors to schedule and oversee work.
