Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• 8+ years power plant maintenance and/or operations experience (or 10+ years with high school).
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and prioritizes incoming work orders.
• Develops corrective and preventive maintenance work plans ensuring resources are available.
• Schedules, communicates, and coordinates work assignments with maintenance and operations.
• Reviews completed work orders and ensures accuracy in reporting.
• Plans and prioritizes maintenance to maximize personnel utilization and minimize downtime.
• Tracks equipment performance and maintenance histories to identify improvements.
• Oversees work with contractors.
