Job summary

NAES is seeking a Plant Engineering & Reliability Manager for the Hubbard, TX project. You will lead engineering and reliability activities across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems to ensure safe, reliable startup and ongoing operations.

You will drive RC/MdP-related initiatives, supervise a technical team, and partner with Operations, Maintenance, and corporate engineering to deliver capital projects and sustainment programs that maximize asset performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering is required or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading engineering and reliability in power generation or heavy industry.
• Expertise in reliability methodologies including RCM, PdM, FMEA/FMECA, RCA, condition monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and reliability programs to maximize safety, availability, and lifecycle performance of assets.
• Direct RCM, PdM, FMEA/FMECA, asset criticality, and condition monitoring programs.
• Oversee planning for outages, capital projects, and long‑term asset management.
• Develop engineering standards, procedures, and CMMS/EAM data to support operations.
• Coordinate with OEMs, contractors, and corporate engineering to improve plant reliability.
