Job summary

NAES seeks a PdM Reliability Engineer for the APEX Power Co. Project in Hubbard, TX. You will lead pre-commissioning readiness, validate DCS/PLC logic, and drive PdM, RCA, and RCMA to optimize reliability across turbines, engines, and BESS.

In operations you will monitor performance, analyze data, and implement CAPAs while coordinating with maintenance and operations teams to reduce outages and lifecycle costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive RCA, PdM, and condition monitoring experience in powergen.
• Familiar with DCS/PLC systems and data analytics for reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCA and CAPA initiatives for asset reliability improvements.
• Support PdM programs across turbines, engines, and BESS.
• Analyze performance data to drive maintenance optimization.
• Coordinate with vendors for reliability enhancements.
