Job summary

NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our Station maintenance team in Seabrook, NH. You will perform installations, inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment, ensuring safe, reliable operation of the station.

The role requires 2+ years in industrial electrical maintenance or equivalent military experience, an associate degree, and the ability to work shifts and coordinate with the Electrical Maintenance Department.

Qualifications

Two year Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Two to three years in industrial electrical maintenance or Navy Nuclear Power experience.
Experience with inspection, testing, replacement, adjustment, and repair of electrical components.

Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of practices, procedures, and codes.
Perform daily Electrical Maintenance Department activities including installation, inspection, replacement, and repair.
Conduct electrical preventive maintenance, lubrication, surveillance, and calibration.
Prepare reports, logs, and historical data.
Assist in maintenance of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
Participate in training and advancement programs.
Work rotating shifts as required.
