Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. seeks a Power Management engineer to drive adoption of advanced DC-DC and multiphase power solutions. You will partner with product, marketing, and field teams to promote design-in activities, support tier-1 designs, and shape next-generation power architectures.

You will lead simulations, hardware reviews, and documentation efforts, while mentoring FAEs and customer engineering teams in DC-DC fundamentals and systems integration.

Qualifications

• Experience with DC-DC power converters and multiphase designs.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into differentiated product concepts.
• Proficiency with SPICE-based simulations and schematic capture.
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design-in activities including power tree architectures and delivery system debugging.
• Contribute to definition of innovative, differentiated products based on requirements and market needs.
• Perform schematic capture and PCB layout reviews for evaluation boards and customer designs.
• Develop and run simulations of power converter circuits and systems to resolve issues.
• Author technical documentation to aid customers with deployment.
