You will lead high-speed PCBA efforts, ensure signal integrity, and collaborate across engineering teams to meet performance, safety, and mission assurance standards. Qualifications

• 7+ years designing high-speed PCBs.
• Strong knowledge of signal integrity and power distribution.
• Experience with FPGAs/PLDs and Ethernet PHYs.
• Ability to meet aggressive schedules in a mission-critical program.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain US government clearance.
• Experience from bring-up through production ramp.

Responsabilités

• Derive and document PCB requirements from system specs.
• Create schematics and functional specifications for PCBs.
• Layout and guide PCB layout; assist manufacturing.
• Develop PCB test plans and verify performance.
• Support system integration and debugging.
