Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Sr. Consulting Engineer for its Power Generation group. This role offers part-time or full-time status with remote and hybrid schedules and minimal travel to support projects.

You will be a subject matter expert in electrical generator engineering, lead client discussions, develop project plans, and collaborate with management on opportunities, conferences, and training while advancing power plant solutions across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 8-10+ years in generator design, manufacturing, or service.
• Proficiency in engineering calculations, assessments and analyses.
• Willingness to travel to support projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for generator-related consulting projects.
• Interpret objectives and develop plans to meet schedule targets.
• Lead client meetings and discussions with technical leadership.
• Demonstrate generator engineering expertise to execute projects.
• Support management with business opportunities, conferences and training.
• Interface with industry organizations and participate in field work with travel.
