Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• 8-10+ years in generator design, manufacturing, or service.
• Proficiency in engineering calculations and analyses.
• Willingness to travel to support projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for power plant consulting projects focusing on generators and related equipment.
• Interpret objectives and develop actionable plans to meet schedule and hour targets.
• Prepare for client meetings, lead discussions, and demonstrate technical expertise.
• Assist management with business development, conferences, and training.
• Interface with industry organizations and participate in field project execution with travel up to 10–15%.
