Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; professional licensure preferred.
• Minimum 11 years related work experience.
• Active engineering registration/licensure to support engineer-of-record (EOR).

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality for complex projects.
• Oversee design quality and client interactions.
• Support proposals, business development, and pursuit activities.
• Coordinate and supervise cross-discipline activities on EPC projects.
