Job summary

Vantage Point Solutions is seeking a Senior Power Generation Engineer to guide the technical excellence and growth of the power generation engineering practice. The role combines deep technical expertise with project leadership, client engagement, and staff coordination to deliver high-quality engineering deliverables.

You will oversee projects, mentor engineers, and support business development with utility clients, ensuring safety codes and industry standards are met while expanding services

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a power systems emphasis.
10+ years of experience in power systems engineering.
Minimum of 4 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing engineering teams or projects.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering projects and oversee delivery to ensure quality and on-time completion.
Mentor and supervise engineering staff; support business development initiatives.
Engage with utility clients and serve as a trusted advisor on power generation projects.
