Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 8+ years in power generation and distribution in heavy industrial settings.
• Experience with high, medium and low voltage systems.
• Strong knowledge of NEC/IEC codes and standards.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to influence without direct authority.
• Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design and simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of electrical power generation/distribution systems and instrumentation.
• Integrate electrical systems with mechanical subsystems.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion with budgets and timelines.
• Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans to ensure reliability and uptime.
• Ensure designs comply with codes and safety regulations.
• Prepare documentation and reports for stakeholders and management.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvements.
