Job summary

Verto People Ltd in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior VP to oversee the performance and reliability of a growing gas-fired generation portfolio. You will provide technical leadership, manage turbine service agreements and guide reliability improvements across multiple sites.

The role requires deep gas-turbine expertise, experience with outages and commissioning, and a proven ability to hold suppliers and contractors accountable.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in power generation asset management, plant engineering or reliability.
• Strong gas turbine knowledge with responsibility for administering long-term service agreements.
• Practical involvement in major outages, testing and warranty matters.
• Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee turbine service agreements, supplier performance and technical obligations.
• Lead reviews of plant reliability, outages and underperformance, driving corrective action.
• Provide technical oversight during commissioning, acceptance testing and major maintenance.
• Guide maintenance planning, critical spares and equipment reliability strategies.
• Support warranty claims, technical risk reviews and reporting to project stakeholders.
