Responsibilities

• Develop and review estimates and schedules, progress reports.
• Establish and monitor material quantities and forecasts.
• Develop specifications and design criteria.
• Participate in procurement, permitting, and subcontracting activities.
• Perform and check calculations; specify equipment and resolve complex engineering problems.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to junior engineers; contribute to performance reviews.
