Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, supervising change orders, and briefing executives with risk and cost insights. Collaboration with procurement, legal, and finance supports post-award administration and vendor evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, engineering, or related field.
• JD or advanced certification (e.g., CPCM, NCMA) preferred.
• 10+ years in contract analysis/management, with 3–5 years in energy/large construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, negotiation, redlining, and execution of high-value contracts for EPC projects.
• Analyze terms for risk and regulatory compliance; align with project goals.
• Coordinate with outside counsel to speed negotiations and execution.
• Monitor performance, track deliverables, manage change orders, resolve disputes.
