Atwell, LLC is seeking a Senior Proposal Marketing Associate to support its Power & Energy practice across Central and Eastern time zones. You will own complex pursuits, shape strategy, translate technical content into compelling proposals, and partner with leaders to win work.

This role requires 10+ years in AEC marketing/proposals, strong writing, and mastery of InDesign, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. You’ll mentor junior staff and maintain content libraries for electricity and renewables

Formación

• 10+ years of AEC marketing, proposal, or pursuit experience.
• Experience supporting Power & Energy, electric utility, transmission and distribution, renewable energy, or related infrastructure markets.
• Strong track record leading complex SOQs, RFQs, and RFP responses.
• Experience supporting pursuits ranging from mid-sized contracts to large programs.
• Understanding of capture planning, competitive positioning, win themes, and client-focused proposal strategy.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with technical content.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign; Illustrator and Photoshop a plus.
• Strong proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple complex pursuits independently and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience with senior leaders, technical professionals, and business development teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of strategic proposals, SOQs, RFQs, RFPs, and presentations for Power & Energy pursuits.
• Own proposal strategy and execution for complex opportunities.
• Partner with Power & Energy leaders, project managers, and business development teams to develop pursuit strategies and client messaging.
• Facilitate go/no-go discussions, proposal kickoffs, and executive reviews.
• Support capture planning and competitive positioning for key pursuits.
• Develop and refine technical narratives related to utilities, transmission, generation, and renewable energy.
• Translate technical information into clear, compelling proposal content.
