Job summary

STN, Inc. is searching for a Principal EPC Engineer to oversee engineering, procurement, and construction for power systems. The role involves leading high-voltage and medium-voltage designs, as well as architecting on-site generation systems. Candidates should have 10+ years in the power industry and a BS in Electrical Engineering, with PE license preferred.

This hybrid position is based in Odessa, TX with expectations for site travel, offering a competitive salary range between $150k to $180k depending on experience. Benefits include health coverage and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in EPC of power systems for data centers.
• Ownership of HV interconnection and MV design on large scale projects.
• Experience with gas turbine paralleling and synchronization.

Responsibilities

• Own utility interconnection design and coordination.
• Architect substation layouts and protection schemes.
• Drive value engineering and long-lead procurement planning.
