About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to support the development, design, and execution of complex power generation projects. This position will play a key role in the engineering of behind-the-meter power systems, islanded microgrids, and onsite generation facilities supporting large-scale data centers.

Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you will provide technical leadership across electrical design, power system studies, equipment selection, and project execution, from initial engineering through construction and commissioning.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution or an active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 8–10+ years of electrical engineering experience within power generation, industrial power systems, or mission-critical facilities.
• Demonstrated experience with behind-the-meter power generation, islanded systems, or microgrid design.
• Strong knowledge of medium- and low-voltage electrical distribution, protection systems, and power system studies.
• Experience with gas turbines, reciprocating engines, battery energy storage systems, or similar generation technologies.
• Proficiency with ETAP, SKM, EasyPower, or comparable electrical engineering software.
• Familiarity with data center electrical infrastructure, redundancy strategies, and critical power requirements.
• Strong technical leadership skills with experience supporting projects through design, construction, and commissioning.
