Nexify Infosystems is seeking an experienced Test Lab Manager to lead our power electronics validation and reliability program in Wisconsin. This role requires hands-on leadership of a high-power lab, DFMEA/DVP activities, and direct collaboration with design engineers.

You will oversee technicians, implement HALT/HASS testing, analyze test data with MATLAB/Python, and produce clear validation reports and robust test plans for AC/DC products up to 1500 VDC.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Test Lab Manager.
