Job summary

Wall Street Consulting Services LLC is seeking a Test Lab Manager to oversee a power electronics validation lab. You will lead DFMEA activities, develop DVPs, and supervise technicians while coordinating verification programs for inverters, drives, and related power conversion products.

You will perform data analysis, generate reports, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. A strong background in reliability testing and HALT/HASS methods is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on power electronics test experience.
• Experience leading DFMEA activities and creating DVPs for power conversion products.
• Strong capability in reliability testing and HALT/HASS methods.
• Hands-on use of lab equipment: oscilloscopes, power analyzers, thermal cameras, programmable power supplies, or electronic loads.
• Ability to diagnose failure modes at component and system levels.
• Excellent technical writing: test plans, procedures, and validation reports.
• Experience supervising technicians in a lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee test lab operations and technician supervision.
• Lead DFMEA activities and develop comprehensive DVPs for power conversion products.
• Plan and execute power electronics validation and verification programs.
• Perform data analysis and reporting of test results to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and safety protocols.
