Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
3+ years of power electronics development and testing experience.
Solid understanding of power electronics fundamentals and hands-on hardware testing.

Responsibilities

Review electrical schematics, PCB designs, and conduct test plans for EV charging power electronics systems.
Conduct verification tests for power electronics systems, ensuring compliance with industry and requirements.
Analyze root-cause of power electronics issues and drive R&D activities independently.
Design and set up test benches with automation instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
Perform hands-on testing with lab equipment (battery simulators, power supplies, E-loads, scopes).
Demonstrate strong technical writing and communication skills.
