Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical Engineering with Power Electronics emphasis.
• Experience of 10+ years in power electronics product design engineering.
• Experience designing power conversion systems in LV and MV environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of applicable standards and ability to interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and innovation for Power Electronics hardware within Center of Excellence.
• Architect subsystems from technical specs to customer value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including control/firmware and electro-mechanical engineers.
• Use simulations to model circuits and support testing/validation.
• Develop and share knowledge through papers, blogs, and conferences.
