Job summary

Reflex Robotics seeks a senior to staff-level Electrical Engineer to own the robot’s power electronics and power distribution. You will define requirements, make architecture decisions, and take designs from concept through bring-up, testing and deployment, collaborating with junior engineers and external layout resources.

Focus areas include battery management, motor inverters, EMI mitigation, and safe startup/shutdown in a 48V system, delivering reliable, cost-effective power for demanding

Qualifications

• Strong electrical engineering fundamentals.
• Deep experience designing power electronics systems, ideally in 48V.
• Experience with motor inverters or similar high-current switching systems.
• Strong PCB design, bring-up, test, and debug skills.
• Ability to define technical requirements and make architecture decisions.
• Experience taking complex electrical designs from concept to validation.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own power electronics and power distribution architecture.
