Job summary

Mind Robotics is seeking a Power Electronics Engineer to own the robot's power architecture end to end, from power distribution to motor inverters. You will define topology, device choices, and supplier strategy, aligning compute, sensing and actuation loads with program plans.

You will stay hands-on, taking designs from schematic through bring-up and validation, lead cross-team reviews, and mentor engineers while pushing for high power density, thermal reliability, and scalable production.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Owned a power architecture that multiple teams referenced.
• Deep expertise in power distribution or inverter power stages.

Responsibilities

• Own the robot's power architecture end to end across compute, sensing, actuation and peripherals.
• Set topology, device technology and supplier strategy; defend tradeoffs to program leads.
• Lead power design reviews and mentor engineers.
• Stay hands-on from schematic through bring-up and validation; ensure high power density and reliability.
