Job summary

Astronics AES in Redmond, WA is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer, Product Support – Power Electronics Systems to join the Airborne Power Control (APC) Product Team on-site with occasional remote work. You will provide electrical engineering support across design, development, production, and customer service for APC power electronics, addressing issues and driving improvements.

The role requires a bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years in power electronics, with hands-on testing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of direct experience in power electronics, power supply design, motor control, and analog design.
• Strong knowledge of electronic/electrical circuits and ability to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Identify root causes and lead corrective actions.
• Review, design, analyze, and test data for accuracy.
• Coordinate and review drawings and data for component changes.
• Operate lab equipment to perform design verification and circuit testing.
• Coordinate, organize, and participate in analysis, design, development and qualifications.
