Astrodyne TDI, LLC is seeking a hands-on Principal Electrical Engineer to lead the design and delivery of advanced switch‑mode power supply products in Hackettstown, NJ. You will guide projects from conception through production, resolving difficult technical issues under tight deadlines while mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
10+ years in hands-on electronic power conversion design.
Proven track record designing switch‑mode power supplies.
Ability to work onsite in Hackettstown, NJ.
Strong customer, stakeholder, and technical communication.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end electrical engineering projects from concept to product release.
Design advanced switch-mode power supplies with focus on performance and cost.
Diagnose and resolve EMC and root-cause issues.
Mentor junior engineers and guide technical decisions.
