Qualifications

• Deep expertise in power electronics for drive systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate power converter and inverter architectures for industrial applications.
• Lead analytical and design activities using established power electronics methodologies.
• Develop gate driver designs for optimal performance and reliability of power electronic systems.
• Create fault detection, protection, and signaling schemes to enhance diagnostics and mitigation.
• Support the development of advanced power control algorithms for industrial VSDs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to validate performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Communicate technical strategies to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to technical documentation, white papers, and design guidelines.
• Work with supply chain and commercialization teams to support product introduction and lifecycle.
