Job summary

LITEON designs and manufactures high-power electronic hardware and systems. We seek an Electrical Engineer to develop power electronics hardware, collaborate with firmware and software teams, and drive reliable system designs for server, storage, and networking applications.

You will lead PCB design, validation, and documentation, while staying abreast of industry trends and compliance requirements. This role demands hands-on lab work, strong communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in high-power hardware design.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics and high-voltage systems.
• Experience with PCB design, schematic capture and hardware validation.
• Familiar with interfaces for firmware/software integration.
• Hands-on lab debugging, validation and failure analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop power electronics circuits for high-power products and modules (AC-DC/DC-DC).
• Collaborate with firmware and software teams to define hardware interfaces and system integration.
• Lead or support schematic design, PCB layout review and design verification.
• Perform hardware bring-up, debugging and validation with lab equipment.
• Support EMI/EMC, reliability, and environmental testing.
• Create and maintain hardware design docs and keep current with industry trends.
