LITEON, a leading designer and manufacturer of high‑power electronics and related hardware, seeks an R&D Manager to lead a cross‑functional engineering team in the Bay Area with responsibilities spanning design, development and delivery of high‑power products and power modules.
You will mentor electrical engineers, coordinate with firmware, software, mechanical and thermal teams, drive program milestones, ensure safety and reliability, and help scale the team as we advance our product roadmaps
LITEON designs and manufactures power supplies, keyboards, ODD, racks, enclosures, and liquid cooling for a variety of customers in the server, storage, networking, and consumer space. The R&D Manager leads and manages a cross‑functional engineering team responsible for the design, development, and delivery of high‑power products and power modules. This role focuses on power electronics hardware design while driving technical excellence, project execution, and cross‑functional collaboration. The manager plays a critical role in aligning hardware development with system‑level requirements, product roadmaps, and business objectives, while building and scaling the engineering team in Bay Area.
