Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering with power electronics focus.
• Experience in control of power converter systems and model-based design.
• Familiarity with PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink, SIL/HIL environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of power converter control systems end-to-end.
• Define requirements, architectures, and algorithms; validate via simulation and testing.
• Model/simulate power electronics with SIL/HIL; collaborate across teams.
• Troubleshoot, optimize performance, mentor junior engineers and students.
• Support products throughout their lifecycle and stay current with new technologies.
