Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five+ years in electric utility operations or related field.
• Experience supervising employees and/or crews.
• Ability to read construction drawings, switchgear and switching procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Journeyman and Apprentice Linemen and manage day-to-day crew performance.
• Administer the collective bargaining agreement and address labor relations.
• Develop short and long-range work plans for distribution projects.
• Coordinate work with engineering, generation, and customer service teams.
• Promote safety culture and ensure OSHA/NESC compliance.
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response.
