Job summary

City of Wisconsin Dells seeks an experienced Electric Utility Supervisor to plan, direct, and oversee theCity’s electric distribution system, including overhead and underground facilities. You will lead crews, coordinate construction and maintenance, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of work experience with supervisory/management responsibilities.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License and CDL.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Combination of work experience and training demonstrating knowledge to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and oversees construction, maintenance, repair, and improvement of the City’s electric distribution system.
• Supervises electric utility staff, assigns work, coordinates schedules, and ensures safety and efficiency.
• Ensures training, certifications, and licenses are maintained for safe operations.
• Coordinates with contractors, other departments, and agencies for projects and outages.
