Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. seeks a Staff/Sr. Staff Power Delivery and VR Validation Engineer to own validation of voltage regulators, PDN, and power integrity for server‑class platforms with Snapdragon SoC.

You will lead rail sequencing, VR control loops, and telemetry validation while developing automation tools in Python and TCL. You will collaborate with hardware, PI simulation teams, and DVT to drive root‑cause analysis, test plan ownership, and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience with server‑class power delivery and VR/PDN validation.
• Experience validating multi‑phase voltage regulators, control loops, efficiency, and transient response.
• Familiarity with PMBus/AVSBus protocols and telemetry interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead power delivery bring‑up from first power on and verify rail sequencing.
• Define end‑to‑end VR and PDN validation strategy from EVT through PVT.
• Develop automation tools/scripts for VR testing and data collection.
• Generate validation reports and support hardware design reviews.
