The SPM will lead day-to-day project management activities, overseeing EPC project execution, risk management, budgeting, and client relations while promoting WSP’s culture of quality and collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management or other related field.
• PMP certification considered as an optional credential.
• Extensive hands-on experience leading EPC/Power Delivery projects.

Responsabilidades

• Provide project management leadership for EPC Power Delivery projects across the US.
• Lead engineering teams, manage budgets, schedules, risks and client expectations.
• Develop Go/No-Go decisions, conduct contract and commercial reviews, pricing strategies.
• Mentor and coach project managers, engineers, and support staff.
• Maintain QA/QC, safety, and delivery standards across projects.
