Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in power conversion with large MV drive systems (>10MW).
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions for MV VFD/SFC/STATCOM and related equipment.
• Evaluate RFP specs and prepare detailed technical proposals with sign-off.
• Perform sizing calculations for MV VFD/SFC/STATCOM and converter transformers.
• Prepare RFQ specifications for equipment and assist in bid costing with sourcing.
• Identify technical/project risks and implement mitigation plans with sign-off by Chief Engineer’s office.
• Support commercial risk processes and inquiry-to-order activities.
• Collaborate with third-party partners to expand growth opportunities.
