Job Description Summary

GE Vernova’s Power Conversion & Storage business combines advanced energy conversion and storage systems to meet the electrification needs of utilities and industries. Roles and Responsibilities
  • Delivering and executing project milestones, using systems-level product knowledge to coordinate engineering activity between designers, suppliers, and installers.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers to maintain project budgets and keep costs within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide product information and coordinate change requests.
  • Identify project risks and take ownership of technical solutions when needed.
  • Responsible for delivering engineering drawings and calculations.
  • Prepare technical documentation such as work instructions and test procedures.
  • Provide real-time technical support to technicians and customer engineers.
  • Liaise with customers on a regular basis to ensure the successful design and manufacture of products to agreed-upon budgets and time frames.
  • Develop strategies for product improvement and provide candid feedback to internal design and manufacturing teams.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 3 years of significant experience in Engineering/Technology & Systems Engineering
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is 98,400.00 - 164,000.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. This position is eligible for a performance bonus.
