Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a Senior Power BI & GCP Data Analytics Consultant in Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid). You will design scalable data pipelines, build executive dashboards, and implement KPI frameworks across business and tech teams.

The role emphasizes Enterprise reporting, dimensional modeling, and handling large datasets with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Systems Architecture experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing Power BI solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Advanced experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, Data Modeling, BigQuery, ETL/ELT Development, Data Integration and Transformation.
• Experience building executive dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and BI best practices.
• Experience with large-scale datasets in enterprise environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
