Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering, BI, analytics or related fields.
• Proven expertise in designing and developing Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Advanced skills in SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration techniques.
• Experience working within Agile, Product, Engineering or Technology delivery organizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions to support business decision-making.
• Integrate data from multiple sources using APIs (REST/GraphQL), SQL, JSON/XML, ETL/ELT processes, and data connectors to create a unified data ecosystem.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights, translating findings into executive narratives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data connectivity, streamline data workflows, and enhance data quality.
• Drive data transformation initiatives, including tracking agile metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and supporting the development lifecycle for product and AI tools.
