Job summary

Everforth Apex in Des Moines, IA is seeking a mid-to-senior BI Developer to evolve Inside Advantage, its internal BI reporting suite. You will build and optimize Power BI reports using Snowflake data sources, and contribute to AI-enabled insights as the platform scales.

You will work with a team of BI professionals, taking ownership of workstreams, shaping the approach, and driving performance improvements while supporting an enterprise data platform used by ~1,000 monthly users.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on Power BI development experience, ideally with Snowflake.
• Familiarity with or interest in generative AI / AI-driven reporting.
• Ability to work independently and help shape approach, not just execute tickets.
• Preferred: senior living industry experience — understanding metrics like occupancy is a differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance Power BI reporting against Snowflake data sources.
• Contribute to optimizing and modernizing the Inside Advantage architecture for performance and scale.
• Support the platform's AI roadmap, including proactive AI-generated insights.
• Partner with the corporate BI resource and three additional BI resources across the data platform.
• Take ownership of workstreams and help guide approach as the team grows.
