Job summary

Enova International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust reporting solutions powering Finance, Marketing, Operations, and more.

You will partner with business owners to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions across the full lifecycle, while advancing AI integration in BI workflows. You will lead end-to-end initiatives, build data warehouses and data marts (Snowflake), and develop dashboards in MicroStrategy or comparable

Qualifications

• Expert-level SQL and database skills.
• Relational databases and cloud data warehouses experience.
• 4+ years designing ETL/ELT pipelines.
• 4+ years with enterprise BI tools (MicroStrategy/Tableau/Looker/PowerBI).
• Experience with AI tools in daily work (Claude/Gemini/AWS Bedrock).

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver reporting solutions.
• Lead end-to-end technical initiatives from architecture to execution.
• Design and maintain SQL/Python processes for reporting and analytics.
• Architect and enhance ETL/ELT pipelines with Airflow or similar tools.
• Build and optimize data warehouses and data marts (Snowflake).
• Develop dashboards/reports in Strategy(MSTR) or equivalent BI tools.
• Identify AI use cases to drive adoption across business units.
