Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a PowerBI Developer – Mid with strong data analysis and visualization skills to join our team. You will support our lead BI developer and help maintain and enhance our business intelligence dashboards and reports, support the migration of legacy reports and creating new, high-impact Power BI solutions.

You will interface with key stakeholders and leverage your technical proficiency throughout the migration process, as well as design and develop advanced interactive

Qualifications

• US Citizenship with ability to obtain DHS Public Trust.
• Bachelor’s Degree + 5 years relevant experience (or 9 years in lieu of a degree).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, and specifically PowerBI.
• Proficiency in Power BI, DAX programming, data integration, data modeling, and cloud integration.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with data querying, manipulation, and automation.
• Experience building dashboards/reports, BI, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and data security.
• Experience with AWS S3, Databricks Lakehouse, Azure Data Lake, SQL Server, Oracle databases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Dashboard Development: design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Data Integration: integrate Power BI with various data sources and perform transformations.
• Analysis & Reporting: analyze data to support decisions and provide actionable insights.
• Performance Optimization: optimize dashboards for fast load times and usability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Documentation: create and maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, processes.
• Training & Support: train and mentor junior developers and end-users on Power BI usage.
