Qualifications

• 6+ years of programming or testing experience with relevant languages and databases.
• Experience with state Medicaid agencies, MMIS modernization, or analytics.
• Familiarity with T-MSIS, CMS reporting, and state Medicaid data standards.
• Knowledge of Medicaid claims adjudication and eligibility processes.
• Experience with Medicaid quality, compliance, or program integrity reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Databricks ETL/ELT pipelines for Medicaid data.
• Ingest data from MMIS systems and state data warehouses.
• Optimize Spark jobs for performance and cost.
• Develop Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and reports.
• Ensure data governance and security controls in Power BI.
