Job summary

Gainwell Technologies seeks a Principal Data & Analytics Delivery Leader to guide the MMIS Data & Analytics Capability for state and local government clients. You will oversee the delivery of high-quality data and analytics solutions, manage analysts and developers, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support Medicaid objectives and compliance.

You will lead the Data & Analytics team, drive DDI projects across MMIS, mentor staff, and ensure governance and security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or data management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience leading teams in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise reporting tools, data warehousing, and BI platforms.
• Advanced skills in SQL, data visualization, and reporting automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Data & Analytics team, including Analysts and Configuration Analysts.
• Oversee Design, Development, and Implementation projects for MMIS Data & Analytics Solutions.
• Demonstrate Medicaid domain knowledge across MITA areas and MMIS reporting.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to drive integrated reporting and data initiatives.
• Mentor team members and ensure data governance, privacy, and security standards.
