Job summary

Tal Search Group, Inc. is seeking a Decision Support Administrator to design and deliver analytic solutions on Power BI and Azure Synapse. You will craft semantic models, dashboards, and governed reports for trusted, timely insights under CJIS and HIPAA guidelines.

The role requires 5+ years in BI/analytics, including 3+ years leading Power BI at scale, with strong DAX, SQL, and governance experience. Start date in November 2026, W2 basis, collaboration with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in BI/analytics with 3+ years in enterprise Power BI.
• Expert DAX and strong Power Query; solid SQL skills.
• Experience with RLS, OLS, workspace governance and secure sharing in regulated environments.
• Familiar with Deployment Pipelines, Azure DevOps, and GCC promotions.
• Strong collaboration with data engineers, stewards, PMO and InfoSec.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, secure, and operationalize analytics on Power BI and Azure Synapse.
• Develop semantic models, dashboards, and reports for trusted insights.
• Enforce governance, security, and compliance across systems.
• Manage deployment pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across OIT and program teams.
